Fund #258 (POETA Account 105424.63258.521209.01.06.602313) reserved for District 6 Appropriations to the
Community Based Organizations (CBOs) listed in Appendix A of the Resolution included for community
distribution and other purposes of maintaining food security, assistance with rent/mortgage, PPE protection,
opioid treatment, health prevention, specialized care, and virtual learning assistance for students, and the
community at large who have been severely by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

PURPOSE:
To approve a Resolution to Appropriate Federal CORONAVIRUS Relief Fund Proceeds of $760,000 Assigned to Grant Fund #258 (POETA Account 105424.63258.521209.01.06.602313) reserved for District 6 Appropriations to the Community Based Organizations (CBOs) listed in Appendix A of the Resolution included.
NEED/IMPACT:
Public relief is needed to counter the impact of the Coronavirus. This District 6 CARES ACT Funding from
Grant Fund #258 will place resources with Community Service Organizations (CBO) to provide relief and
support to District 6 citizens and the community at large that have been severely impacted by the COVID-19
pandemic.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The funding will come from District 6 CARES ACT Funding from Grant Fund #258 and be appropriated to the
following Community Based Organizations included in Appendix A of the Resolution included.
