PURPOSE:
To assist the Decatur Legacy Project, Inc. and John Lewis Commemorative Task Force with Phase II of the John Lewis Memorial.
NEED/IMPACT:
This allocation provides financial support to the Decatur Legacy Project, Inc. and John Lewis Commemorative Task Force's implementation of Phase II of the John Lewis Memorial that will be owned by DeKalb County, Georgia and placed on County-owned property
