PURPOSE:

To relinquish the County’s interest in the previous easements for a sewer main

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The termination of the easements will enable the customer to close on the property and keep County records accurate.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Approve the attached Termination of Easements in Land Lots 278 and 300 and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
