PURPOSE:
To transfer $42,000 from District 4 Parks Bond Development account 100655.80314.541200.06.600022 to create a new project account for Hamilton Park Development.
NEED/IMPACT:
The funds are needed for capital improvements at Hamilton Park Recreation Center. This project will include exterior and interior painting, fixtures upgrade, flooring upgrade, and other capital improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact on the current year budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $42,000 be transferred from District 4 Parks Bond Development account 100655.80314.541200.06.600022 to create a new project account for Hamilton Park Development; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
