PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 12, 2021, to four (4) contractors for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. These contracts consist of providing asbestos abatement, demolition, and debris removal services for blighted properties in DeKalb County. The BOC approved the 1st renewal option On December 20, 2022, the BOC approved renewal no. 1 for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
