PURPOSE:
Pursuant to the Georgia Development Authorities Law, the Georgia Hospital Authorities Law, and the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authorities Act where, for the appointment of Directors to the Development Authority of DeKalb County; for the appointment of Trustees to the Private Hospital Authority of DeKalb County; and for the Directors of the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority, the chief executive officer shall nominate individuals for confirmation by the board of commissioners as provided in Section 13A, CEO Thurmond nominates Mr. Kevin Gooch for reappointment to the Development Authority of DeKalb County in Post 3 of Group 3; to Post 3 of the Private Hospital Authority; and Post 3 of the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority. This is for a four (4) year term for the Development Authority of DeKalb County and the Private Hospital Authority, both of which will expire December All Commission Districts 31, 2024. This is a six (6) year term for the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority, which will expire December 31, 2024. Mr. Gooch has continued to serve after the expiration of his previous terms for the Development Authority of DeKalb County and the Private Hospital Authority, which expired in December 31, 2021, and December 31, 2019 for the Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Authority.
