PURPOSE:

To consider approving an intergovernmental agreement between the County and the City of Lithonia for election services.

NEED/IMPACT:

This intergovernmental agreement signifies a mutually beneficial, efficient and cooperative working relationship between the two governments.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Funding pursuant to intergovernmental agreement.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the intergovernmental agreement in a final form acceptable to the County Attorney and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
