PURPOSE:
The Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Commission to reflect the appointment of Jana Johnson to the Planning Commission made by Commissioner Ted Terry.
Jana Johnson has served on the Planning Commission as a former appointment for District 6. She has indicated her intent to continue to serve in this capacity for Commissioner Ted Terry.
NEED/IMPACT:
Record the District 6 appointment of Jana Johnson to the Planning Commission into the minutes of the Board of Commissioners.

Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record the appointment of Jana Johnson to the Planning Commission, appointed by District 6 Commissioner Ted Terry, with a term ending on December 31, 2024.
