PURPOSE:
To consider approval of the termination of the Standardized Office Space Lease Agreement for Office 106, with C. Steve Collins, effective October 31, 2020; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In accordance with the Standardized Office Space Agreement, Section 10.D, Cancellation, the Airport, as Lessor, desires to terminate the Agreement for Office 106, because the Lessee is deceased.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.
