PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 12, 2021 to three Contractors, for a total amount not to exceed $24,743,700.00. On March 23, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the scope of work and increase contract funds for all three Contracts for a total amount not exceed $10,445,329.50. These contracts consist of providing on-call construction management services. These services include, but are not limited to, the following activities: pre-construction services, construction inspection, field services, management of meetings, production of progress reports and other related services for water and sewer projects within the County's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). This request, to increase contract scope of work and funds, will allow for a continuation of oversight without interruption of inspection services for the DWM valve and hydrant maintenance and operation contract; and the OSARP, PRAC, and major gravity cleaning/assessment contracts. These contracts are critical to completing sewer rehabilitation and assessment work to meet critical Consent Decree deadlines.
