PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 9, 2024 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00. On June 10, 2025 the BOC approved Renewal No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $500,000.00 through May 31, 2026. On March 10, 2026 the BOC approved change order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $55,595.76 to maintain park services. This contract consists of site restoration and maintenance for forty-six (46) County fields. Services primarily include mowing, pest management, irrigation, overseeding, fertilization, aeration, and dragging. This request seeks to increase contract funds and increase the term through August 31, 2026 to allow time to pay outstanding invoices. This ensures continuity of operations and fiscal accountability by enabling the County to satisfy outstanding obligations, maintain positive vendor relationships, and avoid potential service disruptions.
