PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 23, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $1,189,930.00. On April 6, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,212,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00. On June 13, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term and funds for an amount not to exceed $700,000.00. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term and funds for an amount not to exceed $950,000.00. On December 10, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract term and funds for an amount not to exceed $1,320,000.00. This contract consists of providing repair and replacement services for fire hydrants and hydrant parts. This request seeks to increase the funds and contract term through December 31, 2026.
