PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 125A in
Land Lot 011 of the 15th District for the following streets: Gateway Trail, Carlow Cove; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 69% percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs. All abutting property on this street will be assessed one dollar and sixteen cents ($1.16) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.

Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 125A in Land Lot 011 of the 15th District for Gateway Trail, Carlow Cove; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
