PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 12, 2019, for an amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On March 10, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On March 23, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On March 22, 2022, the BOC approved the 3rd renewal for amount not to exceed $712,235.00. On February 28, 2023, the BOC approved the 4th renewal option with cost increases due to increased scope of work to address poor drainage issues occurring due to heavy rainfall for an amount not to exceed $894,739.42. On April 9, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 ratifying a contract term increase, effective as of April 1, 2024, and increased contract funds and term through March 31, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $780,000.00. This contract consists of maintenance of the golf course grounds and facilities. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided contract term increase. This request also seeks to increase the contract funds and term through March 31, 2026.
