PURPOSE:

On June 23, 2023, a purchase order was approved for the Vote Center Hubs. This advance purchase was necessary due to the lead time to receive the hubs in sufficient time for the upcoming election cycle.

These hubs will streamline the set-up process of the equipment for elections by housing all the equipment necessary for citizens to cast their ballots. It will reduce costs by reducing set-up time needed, reduce labor and mitigate potential injury to workers setting up the equipment as these hubs are on wheels and can be closed up, moved and stored efficiently.

Recommend ratification of Purchase Order No. 1336528 with:

Runbeck Election Services, Inc., 2800 S. 36^th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034

Amount Not To Exceed: $2,281,925.00
