PURPOSE:

A Resolution Requiring A County Wide Health And Environmental Impact Study Before Issuance Of A Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) For A Data Center

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Additional research conducted by scientists and health experts will provide a comprehensive understanding of data center impacts. Further, a study will ensure possible impacts are documented therefor informing DeKalb County on any possible regulations as well as residents curious the possible impacts on their communities.

To approve the resolution and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or her designee to execute all necessary documents
