PURPOSE:

To adopt a resolution for the DeKalb County Transit Master Plan that will serve as transit element of the DeKalb County Comprehensive Transportation Plan Update.

NEED/IMPACT:

The resolution is needed to adopt the recommendations of the Transit Master Plan to be forwarded to the Atlanta-Region Transit Link Authority (ATL) by July 31, 2019 for inclusion in the Regional Transit Plan project list.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Costs will vary by project.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
