PURPOSE:
Consists of cleaning the sewer system and helping to prevent future spills to directly support the Federal Order Consent Decree to have twenty percent (20%) of the sewer lines cleaned yearly to reduce spillage and overflow which would be hazardous to public health. Eight (8) bids were received.
