PURPOSE:
Awarded on November 25, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $40,000.00. On February 25, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract funds and contract term through January 31, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $75,000.00. This contract consists of purchasing branded apparel and elections-related supplies for the 2026 election cycles. The purchase of branded apparel and elections materials are essential for polling sites and VRE personnel to ensure that polling sites and poll workers are prepared, equipped, and ready to provide DeKalb County citizens with a satisfying voting experience. This request seeks to increase contract funds and contract term through January 31, 2027.
