PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 23, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $1,189,930.00. On April 6, 2021, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,212,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00. On June 13, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract term and funds for an amount not to exceed $700,000.00. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term and funds for an amount not to exceed $ 950,000.00. This contract consists of providing repair and replacement services for fire hydrants and hydrant parts. This request seeks to increase the funds and contract term through December 31, 2025.
This substitute is submitted to provide additional information regarding the contract increase request.
