PURPOSE:
To approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Tucker whereby DeKalb County, Georgia will provide the City with $1,4000,000.00 to make necessary stormwater repairs to Lake Erin Dam. The City shall manage all aspects of the Lake Erin Dam repair from design to final construction.
NEED/IMPACT:
Lake Erin Dam needs critical repairs to avoid a failure and to ensure stormwater is contained.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$1,400,000.00 from interest earned from American Rescue Plan fund balance.
