This contract consists of all products and services for the County's Oracle Cloud Services platform. This request is to renew the existing software licenses and increase the contract funds. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $163,800.00. On March 31, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $661,038.79. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contract term through December 31, 2023 and funds for an amount not to exceed $853,508.40. On March 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $1,514,598.36. On March 22, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $2,786,413.38. On March 14, 2023 the BOC approved Change Order No. 5 to increase contract funds and extend the term through December 31, 2026. This request is to increase contract funds. Approval of this request will also renew the licenses related to the County's HCM Cloud Services, including Oracle Cloud Software License Support and Maintenance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 6 with:
