PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 25, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $206,000.00. Police Services will start the second round of testing in November 2018. This request is to extend the contract expiration date to June 30, 2019 for additional time necessary to complete the testing cycle.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Cooperative Personal Services dba CPS HR Consulting, 400 Perimeter Center Terrace North, Suite 900, Atlanta, GA 30346
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
