PURPOSE:

To transfer $125,000.00 from District 1 Park Bond Funds (POETA 104863.80314.541200.314) to the City of Dunwoody for purposes of purchasing 8 acres of park land.

NEED/IMPACT:

The transferred funds will be used by the City of Dunwoody for purchasing 8 acres of park land.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Make a $125,000 contribution to the City of Dunwoody (POETA 104863.80314.541200.314) resulting in a remaining project balance of $3,695.43.00.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommended Action

Recommend that funds in the amount of $125,000.00 be transferred to the City of Dunwoody from District 1 Park Bond Funds (POETA 104863.80314.541200.314) to fund the purchase of 8 acres of park land; and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
