PURPOSE:
Consists of installing a pedestrian hybrid beacon/crosswalk and two school zone flashing beacons. These improvements are designed to mitigate pedestrian accidents, improve driver awareness, and bolster compliance with school zone speed regulations. Four (4) bids were received.
