PURPOSE:
Consists of developing, managing, implementing, operating, and maintaining an efficient and effective parking deck and parking management system that will generate market-responsive revenues by charging customers a reasonable parking fee. This contract is revenue-generating with no costs to the County. The County will receive a minimum monthly payment of $10,000.00 and 60% of gross revenue generated monthly above $15,000.00 for the Camp Road site. Also, the County will receive a minimum monthly payment of $10,000.00 and 60% of gross revenue generated monthly above $45,000.00 for the Trinity Parking Deck and 60% of gross revenue generated for the Swanton site. Five (5) proposals were received.

Recommend award to the highest scoring proposer:
Universal Global LLC, 233 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 2225, Atlanta, GA 30303
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
