PURPOSE:
Awarded on August 26, 2022, as an emergency contract for an amount not to exceed $99,999.00. On February 28, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase funding to continue services and to extend the contract term for an additional year for an amount not to exceed $325,000.00. On December 12, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase funds and to increase the contract term through February 28, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $540,000.00. This contract consists of providing maintenance, repair and installation of fire intrusion alarms. This request is to add funds for the Courthouse Fire Panel project at the Administration & Judicial Tower located at 556 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA.
