PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 23, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $444,845.00. On April 30, 2025, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. This contract consists of medical and mental health screening and evaluations by Georgia Board Certified and Licensed Physicians to safeguard the health of approximately 700 Fire Fighters due to fire and fire-related hazards encountered in the line of duty. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option through May 31, 2027.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option with:
Site Med North America, LLC, 1634 White Circle, Ste. 101, Marietta, GA 30066
Amount Not To Exceed: $350,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
