PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 31, 2020 as a multiyear revenue generating contract. This contract consists of providing vending machines, drink and snack products, microwaves, coin changers, service, support and maintenance in various County facilities. Vending services offer a variety of selections including healthy options for County employees and guests.
This request is to extend the contract term through December 31, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
A-Action Janitorial Service Inc. dba A-Action Vending, 6607 Tribble Street, Lithonia, GA 30058
Estimated Revenue: 22% of sales
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
