PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC, on June 14, 2022, as an emergency purchase in an amount not to exceed $505,200.00. This contract consists of the rental of non-CDL trucks to assist with the recycling routes. The non-CDL trucks only require a Class C license to operate and will help supplement the CDL driver shortage that the County is presently facing. This request is to increase the purchase order funds and continue the current lease of 4 existing non-CDL tucks through December 31, 2023.
