PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 11, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $24,550,164.00. On August 8, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the scope of work and funding in an amount not to exceed $18,174,809.32. On December 10, 2024, the BOC exercised the 1st Renewal Option. On July 8, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase funding in an amount not to exceed $12,777,612.00, and exercised Renewal Option No. 2. On October 14, 2025 the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase scope of work and funding in an amount not to exceed $9,326,533.00. On January 27, 2026, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase the scope of work and funding in an amount not to exceed $20,577.788.71. Change Order No. 5 is being requested to provide additional funding to complete the critical West College Avenue watermain replacement, E Lake Plaza brown water issue, Grant Drive sewer replacement and the Snapfinger Woods upsizing projects. W. College Avenue has old cast iron steel installed in 1948 and has continued to fail over the last couple of years.
