PURPOSE:
To accept $250,000.00 from the Fiscal Year 2026 Economic Development Initiative (EDI) - Community Project Funding (CPF) - Congressional Grants Division (EDI-CPF) Grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the grant period of acceptance date through September 30, 2034, for the County Line Park Improvements and to authorize the CEO and the department designee to execute all necessary documents.

NEED/IMPACT:
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department has applied for and was awarded grant funding to make improvements to the County Line Park facility located at 4059 Old River Rd, Ellenwood, GA 30294 (15 028 05 002). The grant funding will be used for capital improvements by the Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs for this DeKalb County park.


FISCAL IMPACT:
$250,000.00 Reimbursable grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
