PURPOSE:
To consider acceptance of a grant, in the amount of $50,000 from the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) to extend youth violence intervention strategies for 40 high-risk youth ages 14-19 at McNair & Redan high schools as identified by school district social workers and the Human Services Department community violence intervention plan (CVIP).
