PURPOSE:
To appropriate $11,000 from the District 2 Park Bond account 100585.80314.541200.06.600020 to setup a new Mason Mill Turf Project account for the repair of the fields at Mason Mill Park.
NEED/IMPACT:
These additional funds are needed for the completion of the turf project at Mason Mill Park. District 2 welcomes the opportunity to partner with DeKalb’s Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Affairs to fund this need and bring this project to completion.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The $11,000 is funded from the District 2 2001 Parks Bond Development Fund account 100585.80314.541200.06.600020.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the transfer of $11,000 from District 2 Park Bond account 100585.80314.541200.06.600020 to a new Mason Mill Turf Project account for the repair of the fields at Mason Mill Park and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
