PURPOSE:
On October 8, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 Emergency Purchase for an amount not to exceed $130,000.00. On January 14, 2025, the BOC Approved Change Order No. 2 to ratify previously provided forty-five (45) day contract term increase, effective January 1, 2025. This request also sought approval to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025, to continue services for the election cycles. This contract consists of renting 26-foot lift-gate trucks and other vehicles specifically to transport voting equipment and materials to various polling sites for the 2026 Gubernatorial/Midterm election cycles to supplement delivery and pick up activities.
