STAFF ANALYSIS: The final draft of the 2027-28 Zoning Calendar, dated October 28, 2026, has the changes recommended by Community Council, pending adoption by the Planning Commission. Therefore, Planning and Sustainability Department recommends “Approval” of the attached proposed 2027-28 Zoning Calendar and Resolution.
