PURPOSE:
Consists of providing armed and/or unarmed, uniformed security guard personnel and services at multiple
County facilities to ensure the protection of staff, visitors, and property. Eight (8) proposals were received.
This substitute is submitted to revise the recommended award amount and supporting documentation.
