PURPOSE:

Consists of maintenance, support and upgrade of the Kronos equipment. The version 8 upgrade will provide for better overall performance of the application. This system has been utilized by the County since 2009 to record and track employee work hours for payroll purposes. The manufacturer has provided pricing from the competitively let contract with City of Atlanta through U.S. Communities.

Recommended Action

Recommend approval of the sole source for an amount not to exceed $168,123.42 with:

 

Kronos Incorporated, 297 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824
