PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing off the competitively let Omnia Partners Contract No. 2024056-02 for the implementation of a Cloud-Based Short-Term Rental Monitoring and Compliance Platform. This request also seeks to ratify Purchase Order No. 5066515. The anticipated work includes the implementation and configuration of a cloud-based short-term rental identification and compliance platform, including system setup and customization to County ordinances, branding, integration of parcel, permit, and GIS data, configuration of registration, tax payment, complaint, and public-facing portals, staff training, outreach to operators, and ongoing system maintenance and support to ensure full operational functionality. Pricing includes address identification, ongoing compliance monitoring of short-term rental listings, rental activity reporting, dashboard analytics, implementation of registration, tax payment, complaint, public-facing portals, outreach to non-compliant operators, dedicated client support, unlimited user access and training, ongoing system hosting maintenance, and data security.
