PURPOSE:
To reallocate funds remaining on two closed Sanitation CIP awards. The funds will be used to support costs associated with the weekly collection of yard-debris, from residential homes, located in the district of the department’s North Collections Lot.
NEED/IMPACT:
Russell Landscape, LLC., has been awarded CPA #1176675 to assist Sanitation’s North Collections Lot weekly, in servicing 5 yard-debris collection routes. If not approved, a delay in collecting these materials is inevitable, and the delay would contribute to potential health and safety hazards to the public.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact - as we are requesting reallocation of current funds.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents, to reallocate funds remaining on two Sanitation CIP awards, that will be used to cover costs associated with the weekly collection of yard-debris from residential homes, located in the district of the department’s North Collections Lot.
