PURPOSE:
To Transfer $133,000 from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant fund assigned to Account 105744.63258.521209.01.01.602479 reserved for District 1 to DeKalb County Police Department to fund the purchase, installation, and subscription services for 20 Flock Cameras
NEED/IMPACT:
The funds are needed to assist the DeKalb County Police Department in high traffic areas and to aid in increased car break-ins and other property theft and crimes within District 1
FISCAL IMPACT:
The funding will come from District 1 American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funding to be transferred to the DeKalb County Police Department.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve the transfer of $133,000 from American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant funds assigned to Account 105744.63258.521209.01.01.602479 reserved for District 1 to the DeKalb County Police Department and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute all necessary documents.
