This request seeks to amend the contractor's schedule of fees, as originally executed in the contract's scope of work to reflect the renegotiated fees for the year 2025. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 13, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $4,500,000.00. This contract consists of providing on-demand architectural and engineering services for the PDK Airport. This request seeks to amend the contractor's schedule of fees to reflect the negotiated fees for the year 2025. This request is in accordance with the Payment section of the executed contract agreement, as well as with the Brooks Act and pursuant to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines, the contractor's schedule of fees is negotiated by the Airport and the contractor sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the years to which they apply. No increase of funds are needed.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Michael Baker International, Inc., 420 Technology Parkway, Suite 150, Norcross GA 30092
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
