PURPOSE:

The contract consists of operating and maintaining the Green Energy facility at Seminole Landfill.  Awarded by the BOC on December 11, 2012 for an amount not to exceed $2,815,600.00. The user department is requesting cancellation due to the facility being inoperable for over a year.

Recommend approval to cancel the contract for convenience with:
