PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 9, 2024, to two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $600,000.00. On July 8, 2025, the BOC approved the first renewal option to two (2) vendors for an amount not to exceed $600,000.00 and to reserve the right to transfer funds between contracts based on the needs of the County. This contract consists of providing inspection, repair, and preventative services for County chillers. This request seeks to exercise the 2nd renewal option to Contract 1384497 through July 31, 2027.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to exercise the 2nd renewal option with:
Daikin Applied Americas, 425 Franklin Gateway SE, Suite 550, Marietta, GA 30067
Amount Not to Exceed: $400,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
