PURPOSE:
To consider approval of termination of the Standardized T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement for T-Hangar Space D-41 with Theodore Williams, effective January 1, 2026; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Agreement.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with the current T-Hangar Space Lease Agreement, Section 8, Termination, the County and the Lessee desire to terminate the Lease Agreement for convenience because the Lessee has sold his aircraft and no longer needs T-Hangar Space D-41.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is the termination of a revenue generating lease agreement. There is no cost to the County.
