PURPOSE:
Awarded by BOC, on April 25, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $2,096,267.60. This contract consists of provide landscaping services to four (4) GDOT gateway/ramp locations: Candler Road, Panola Road, Wesley Chapel Road, and Chamblee- Tucker Road and two (2) County median locations: Chamblee-Tucker Road and Flat Shoals Parkway. This request seeks to revise and increase the scope of work and supporting funds for the landscaping installation, watering, and weekly litter services for additional locations. The following nine (9) locations will be serviced: Chamblee-Tucker & 1-85, Candler Road & 1-20, Chamblee Tucker medians, Moreland Avenue &1-20, Maynard Terrace & 1-20, Flat Shoals & 1-20, Gresham/Flat Shoals & 1-20, and I-20 Olympics Planting Clean Up (Moreland to Candler).
