PURPOSE:
On May 8, 2024, a purchase order was approved for Chiller No. 1 at the Juvenile Justice Center. This advance purchase was necessary due to equipment malfunction. Additionally, the Center has been operating on a back-up chiller since February 2024. Failure of the back-up chiller would result in imminent threat to the health, welfare, or safety of citizens.
