PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 10, 2025 for an amount not to exceed $800,384.00. This contract consists of purchasing from the competitively let NCTCOG/TXShare contract to augment existing procurement staff. This request seeks consent to assign Contract No. 2000413 and all remaining contract funds with no change in terms or conditions from Periscope Holdings Inc. to National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Inc. Additionally, this request seeks to increase contract funds to continue leveraging the expertise of augmented staff members.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
