PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 23, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $2,505,000.00. On April 23, 2024 the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $2,505,000.00. On April 11, 2023, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $2,505,000.00. This contract consists of providing inspection of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) in the County. This request is to extend the term of all three (3) contracts through May 31, 2027, and to increase Contract No. 1333013 by an amount not to exceed $300,000.00. This request is to extend the contract to ensure completion of approximately 30,000 annual MS4 inspections required for NPDES compliance, which cannot be achieved without contractor support due to increased workload and rising costs.
