PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 10, 2010 for an amount not to exceed $2,712,500.00. Change Order No. 1 was approved on October 27, 2010 to modify the contract to include the option to purchase additional software. Change Order No. 2 was approved on October 25, 2011 to modify the contract to include the option to purchase additional software upgrades and implementation services. Change Order No. 3 was approved by the BOC on October 25, 2011 to purchase additional software upgrades and implementation services for an amount not to exceed $1,801,630.00 and extend the contract term to April 30, 2014. Change Order No. 4 was approved by the BOC on May 13, 2014 to increase the contract amount not to exceed $106,000.00 for the County Property Tax Billing and Collections System and extend the contract term to April 30, 2015. Change Order No. 5 was approved by the BOC on March 24, 2015 to increase the contract amount not to exceed $50,000.00 and extend the contract term to April 30, 2016. Change Order No. 6 was approved by the BOC on March 22, 2016 to increase the contract amount not to exceed $50,000.00 and extend the contract term to April 30, 2017.
